anyone know why throttle is stuck at 4000 rpm not cable or butterfly
help please

have you checked your auxillary valve fella as this could be stuck open causing the high revving
also is the throttle cable pushed back to the stop

also have you screwed your base idle scre in by the right side of the throttle body with the spring on it

have you checked your auxillary valve fella as this could be stuck open causing the high revving
also is the throttle cable pushed back to the stop

cable and throttle are back at the stop i have not touched the base idle screw how do i check auxillary valve

if you take the 2 hard plastic pipes off from the valve under the inlet and shine a torch through it to see how open it is if that makes sense or you could just take it off and look in it lol

have you checked the pipes going to the amal valve to see if any have popped off

should it be open if so how much pipes are on amal

if im right then when the engine is hot then the valve should be comletely closed and when it cold it should be open
