which cam... HELP!
Hi guys, Im purchasing a stage 3 head and just wondered what cam I should choose. Im looking for the 210 bhp mark. Its running 191 bhp at the moment.
theres not a lot of power after 5k. would a standard cam be best? ive got a kent cam at the moment.

What turbo, and what RR do you want to achieve the 210 bhp/fly at?
on a big valve head, a new std cam will work great with a stg 2 turbo, or a 2wd cossie turbo with a rst ex housing.

RR = rolling road.
Where did you get your last bhp figure from?
Stg 1 is said to be ok too 18psi, but you will need to run 22ish to get 210bhp.

i think this is a power engineering figure, that maxxeh is quoting. I would advise stage3 t3 hybrid with bigger exhaust housing and and some sort of fuel mod. The standard cam would work great

wont need a stg3 if he want 210 bhp @ PE. a std turbo will do that.
What cam are you running at the moment, whats it timed too?
as could always move the timing to get more at the top end.
