Default Starting car that's been stored for 7 months

Anything I should do?

Haven't moved my S2 since begining of November and really want to get it out the garage for a clean up and coat of polish to show I still care

Unfortunately the house move and associated work plus my work commitments has meant I've not spent the time or money on her I should have

Just started mine today after 8 months of it in the garage.

1.FRESH OIL
2.NEW OIL FILTER
3.NEW FUEL FILTER.

Check trye pressures.2 of mine had lost 15 psi.

After changing them items,i started it up and left it running for half an hour to check if any seal/gaskets had perished and anything leaking.

Just my starter motor that was f*ked.Don,t know why.

No problems with petrol for me.Was nearly empty so just stuck a fiver in it.

You can get this additive you put in the tank stops the petol from seperating a lot of classic car owners use it when they store their cars for months

You can get it from Frost.

Will bear that in mind come next November when I put it to bed

Kind of shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted for me at the minute
