Default s2 coilover suspension kits

looking to replace my ageing koni adjustable shock and lowering spring kit on my s2

coilovers are appealing to me a lot, due to the height adjustment.

whats the best budget kits on the market?? currently looking at gaz and avo.

what problems are there with the kits n the fitment? and any major mods needed? i think theres sum seam welding of the rear turrets needed maybe, but anything else?

cheers

i meant no offence by it

i just cant jusity payin in excess of 600 quid wen i only really want the coilovers for their height adjustment, for looks really, any improved handling over a standard strut set up like my konis is negligible. im sure they do great kit, but i just dont have the need for such professional bits

and the budget kits im seeing dont look too bad actually, stil not sure whether to go gaz or avo, but both come with 24 month warranty, and both sound like very good entry level coilover kit. and lets face it, any coilover is going to be some improvement over a typical strut and spring set up surely

As long as u understand that is all they are good for. However, GAZ have started doing a more upmarket kit for about £1k which is starting to become reasonable.
