decomp plates are not an ideal situation by any means mate, best bet is to source a new bare head and transfer all ur other parts

Just the job.........
I bought the last Felpro copper 'headsavers' (Felpro part No9309 sp1) when they ended production for the CVH.
I've got a couple left if you want one give me a yell.

i think fast_ford_uk means a thicker headgasket, not sure about the rs turbo's but on Evo's/Pulsar's etc you get the option of different thicknesses of headgaskets from the likes of HKS etc so if youre head has been skimmed or the block decked then you can keep the comp ratio as standard by fitting the thicker one.

Will lower it slightly depending on how much you've had skimmed I think they're .40 though thick will measure one in the morning.
