does the pump start? try to hum... standing still here...the word... "tvangstart" let the pump go all the time... still nothing?
and have u been changing the fuel lines from the tank? in that case, see if u did get the return on the return and not mixed them
when u let the pump go all the time(if u know how) u do it were the fuel relay is. then take of the fuel lines to the filter, and se if its any fuel there, then check if its on the other side of the fuel filter, if it is.. then check on the return.. if its any fuel there.. take it of by the fuel regulator

It Wasnt Me!
What Alex_86 is trying to say is, bridge the fuel pump relay by removing the relay and brigding the positive feed with a wire, turn ignition on, fuel pump will prime constantly and check for fuel before filter, after filter and so on.

that means you float pin is leaking after the car is turned off fuel is forceing its way out and floodeing into the inlet and wen u turn th ecar on it either runs lumpy or the fuel just gets traveled to the bottom of the intercooler into the other boost pipes
