im currently removing the abs system on my car, but while doing it i noticed how rough the old lines are so ive decided to run new lines throughout.
but im now thinking of removing the rear load valves and want to run a more straight forward system.
would this diagram work - also without the rear load valves would the rear brakes overpower the front??

Removing the rear load valves will mean that the rear brakes will lock up before the front, even load valves fitted but incorectly set will mean the car tries to swop ends!
One option is to fit a brake proportioning valve in the cockpit. You would also have to plumb the car up differently. One circuit for the front and one circuit to the rear with the valve fitted in the rear circuit.

thanks for the advice.
done 2 more diagrams
would any of them work properly???
at the moment i have pretty much standard brakes all round but i'm waiting on delivery of some 2wd calipers and disks and have a rear disk conversion to go on at the same time so the setup needs to be able to work with both

iirc the fiesta rs turbo has proportioning valves located on the bulkhead somewhere..??? ive heard these valves will reduce the load by around 70%, handy if fitting rear discs... anyone know if this is true..???? i have a bias valve, im hoping itll work the way youre bottom pic suggests...!!

Tony and sas have beaten me too it!!
But one little tip,put the bias valve incar, beside the gearlever/handbrake,so its easy to reach/adjust when youre driving the car.Regards,Micky
