ok i know its not technically an rs turbo question but anyway here goes,
in my rs replica ive currently got a 1.6xr3 carb engine in atm, however im gonna be changing this for a 1.6 efi cvh from an xr3i what i want to know is.
will i need the wiring from the xr3i, will i kneed the full loom just an engine loom, does it just plug in or will it need changing about.
also ill have to change the side the header tank is on so im gonna need new water hoses but do i keep my current radiator in or put a new one from a 3i in.
will the drive shafts and gearbox need changing or can i just bolt the new engine onto the gearbox in there.
if anyone can help me it would be a great help or if theres any other bits that ive missed out

u will need the whole wiring loom including ecu's, i dnt know how complex this would be but i cant see it being too mental, u will need the header tank and hoses and im presuming the radiator if the hoes are different but dont quote me on the rad front, i reckon the shafts will fit straight into the gearbox as i have heard they are all the same hubs. hope this helps
