Default Plugs/spark

What ones are best to get?

Ive got NGK BCR 8ES at the mo, dont want anything fancy jus any other recomendations?

past couple of days the cars not been wanting to start, its slowly got worse so im thinking/hoping its the plugs...altho they havent done allot of miles theyre 3yrs old and have been fouled up a few times due to another non starting problem and I reckon their done now despite the car running fine when I do manage to get it started!

also, if its a case of having a weak spark, what stuff should I check?

Its got new dizzy cap and rotor arm, old leads and old plugs

I took my old plugs out an they were all suited up to fook so stuck some spare bosch super 4s in jus to see if it would start....an it did! but, took it a drive, came home and it wouldnt start again I'll take them out tommo and see if they're fouled up again, if so then I cant think why as theirs no reason it would be over fueling as AVA set it up (although 3yrs ago but its hardly moved since and started no prob up till now)

Default just a thought

just a thought you say the car is strugling to start maybe your coil or altenator or bartrey is shagged...cause i've just had the same problem with my turbo and ricky gauld had it on his sun tuner that showed up a problem with my altenator...

Motorcraft 701's or 901's seemed to be what most people advised when i did a thread before. Mine had a brand new set of ngk in and they lasted only a couple of hundred mile in mine, that's why i asked on here which other ones to try Got 701's in mine now and so far it's starting, running and boosting sweet as a nut

Ive never realy had much of a problem with starting mine from cold so i cant say if it would cure a cold start problem but i would say it would help as they give off ALOT better spark than the standard one .
