could some one please tell me what the most bhp ill get out of mfi and how do i do this???
i dont mean engine work i mean like chip and that sort of thing

as siad, 250 cant be got out of MFi, but you will need the following done,
100% spot on working fuel pump.
the fuel metering unit will need to be played with, but this can only be done on the rolling road by a pro.
there is also a couple of basic fuel mods as well, T28 will be able to tell you more as hes had them done.

ive got the AVA mod but they wont tell me what it is 
there is more you can do with it though i was talking to them about this last week.
There isnt a necessity to move to efi unill roughly the 260 mark, again this is from saint colin of AVA

anyway to answer the question the most most people get out it is around 250flywheel as vroom pish(
) says ive seen over 260@wheels on mfi still but prob would drink more fuel off boost than on it tbh
