Tesco. Seriously. They do a thick plain black soft mat which is around £15 for the four and they are hard wearing, very thick and look smart and simple looking when in the car.

Personally, if you are going to buy mats, buy all rubber ones.
I know they look shocking but at least they dont allow the water to soak through to the carpet and then trap the moisture there forever and a day.
Matts are there to protect your carpet, not look pretty
