I have not once said there is any det i was just questioning the fact that does any one know they are the pictures . Christian has no need to lie. and i have not said he is lieing i was just questioning why everyone was jumping on to matt p over 2 pictures........

I have never said the car is slow or the figures are wrong. never once mentioned how christian is lieing. or claiming to no how much boost is he is running.

I'm sure that Jamie doesn't really support this kind of bickering, but unfortunately it always seems to be those with Jamsport mentioned in the sig/spec that are far too aggressive in their approach to other cars/tuners and that just reflects badly on Jamsport sadly.
One thing that the uneducated should realise is that there is no way you can compare the tuning methods of 2 cars. As soon as different spec's are involved then the fact that one runs more or less boost than another is totally irrelevant. Just because someone's car runs less boost than someone else's, doesn't make it safer. It might be running less boost, but 15° more timing and believe me, that doesn't make it safer. There are no miracles in tuning I'm afraid. Power is about a balance between Boost/Airflow/Fuel/Timing and it's not possible to extract lots of power from an engine without at least one of those factors in LARGE quantities.
Power aside though, the bullshit stops on the tarmac and times/results are where it's at. However, the RR day I plan to hold early next year will give us an opportunity to get all these car's together on the same day, on the same dyno and see how they fair against each other. Hopefully, in a friendly atmosphere too.

I work as a tech in a ralli art dealer, and have had similar experiences with customer claims etc etc etc, think they can watch a fast and furious dvd and all of a sudden know the ins and outs of tuning. Anyway, i don't know you personaly but good luck with the business mate, that mapping job you originaly posted before the post got screwed over by some twat sounds like a sound buy

OK chaps, I apologise for generalising, I shouldn't have done that. But if you look over page's 1 & 2 of this thread, it just appears that everyone that has had a poke, right from the first couple of replies seems to have Jamsport involvement. That's just a casual observation.

sorry to point the finger, and please correct me if i'm wrong, but it dosen't look like the head face was skimmed at all, let alone to the 50ra (i think it's 50...?) or finer that it should be when fitting a cometic gasket.
it dosent matter wether or not the head is straight or not, it must be skimmed for the metal gasket to seal properly. attacking it with some 80 grit emery isn't going to do it.
as i said, please correct me if i am wrong, but thats just the way the pictures look to me.
