A trick installation, no doubt, but I never did get to ask you why you chose to mount the turbo that way round?

I guessed it was to do with pipework routing for the short side-exit, but surely you could have brought the pipe out behind the wheel and then been able to have the air-filter in a better place?

Top stuff anyway!

Timmy, thats not the screamer infront of the wheel, its the main exhaust!

The screamer dumps straight down I think.

Still, your theory is true.

Blimey some people have a vivid imagination on here

Its the same with any engine that goes bang its pot luck where
the oil goes

Up the windscreen, over your front wheels etc you get the idea

Ad4m RST.

Its a car I had to a little work on a few months ago.

Its a late 80's, 1.5l V6 F1 chassis and engine.

I put it up because the turbo and waistegate instalation (1 per side of the V) produces about 450bhp! just for comparison.

I was a mechanic on the McLaren Test Team.
But have left to set up my own tuning company up in Perthshire Scotland - SiTech Racing.
