with the later type ie the one you have just posted up, can you just turn the exhaust elbow round, for the exhaust and the inlet bit to match up with the intercooler easily???
Also what would the gain be on this type of manifold? Have u tested a standard one and urs on a rolling road for example. Would be interested in one in a while. It looks stunning alone lol

You have got to ask your self.
Have you ever tried to make a manifold?
How long does it take?
Materials are not that cheap anymore
And its a skilled job to weld like that evry bead consistant ( proper tigging)

Primary Designs, AVA Turbos Simpson would be asking you for over a grand for a manifold that put the turbo over the box..
I should know i brought one.

not a bad price really, the latest acropovic exhaust for the average sports bike comes in at around £1200, full system mind! and prob not road legal.

still ,as much as it looks good and is prob beneficial to performance gains,i could shed that amount of wonga on summit else first.

how come you can by a four branch for an na car for 200 quid but a tubular for an rst is 850, someone please explain coz they look the bloody same thing to me just different shapes!

has anyone hit the flow limits of the standard?

and whats the bhp gains coz if its only 10bhp then jamsport can keep the 10 bhp and ill keep my 850 quid, which by the way is two weeks work

Very nice very well made by the looks of it.

Do you supply a new down pipe as well?

Cheers,

There will be down pipes avalible off the shelf in 2.5 in and 3in for the manifold that keeps the turbo in the same place with in the next few weeks, this down pipe will also work if u are just usin a cossie turbo on standard manifold . When the manifold over the gearbox is fitted a down pipe will be made and then that will be avalible off the shelf a few weeks after

there are a few people that wants to run really big bhp on there cvh or zetec turbo m8 and it would be stupid to run a manifold like this on a 200bhp car but ill like someone run a big garrett GT turbo on std manifold as for the price it take +20 ours to make a manifold so you do the math then

Im not slating your work hansen the manifold is gorgeous, what im asking is why they are so expensive can they not be mass produced? they are only 200 quid for other cars

and has anyone actually dynod their with and without one to compare the differences.

and not bein funny but it would take me over 120hrs to earn that after the tax mans had his bit so you do math

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Nissan-200sx-s...QQcmdZViewItem

Maybe this is more your price range then.........

all you need is to bodge 2 flanges onto it, then hope it wont fall apart....

whats the saying....... you get what you pay for

the jamsport/hansen manifold has been tested at 2.2bar on a 350bhp 1600cvh over 30 hours of rolling road use with no problems

wheres my ebay logon......
