right guys, bit of a problem here. since i've had my s2 it's run pretty much faultless until sunday night. was on the m4 going towards swindon when the car started missing quite badly. would drive fine off boost but as soon as the turbo began to spin up it coughed and splutered and refused to accelerate properly. then had to drive home later on this week and it's got worse. now it decides to cut out every now and then but starts fine on first turn of the key. the car's still on mfi and is only stage one chip etc. was set up by harvey gibbs not that long ago so don't think its that. any thoughts would be most appreciated as i'm not to clued up due to this being my first rst. cheers in advance

Probably blowing the spark out. Fit a new set of plugs and leads and see what happens from there

could spend hundreds on parts changing everything,if your not clued up to check the basics then my advice is take it to a tuner who has a rr,save you money and hassle in the long run, thing with rs turbo's is there is so many faults that have the same symptoms
check the basics spark, fuel, boost leak etc
then if that shows aythin up at least you can shortin your spendin down
