mike is your throttle housing turned 90 degrees? mines efi but its a complete engine and loom out a frst

Yeh there are afew things like this that you will come across, i just used fuel pipe from my local motor factors, kept my erst fuel filter and just cut the line and added my fuel hose on with a jubilee clip, same for the return, works fine

also you will need a longer coolant hose (or the efi one) for the under side of the inlet manifold as the mfi pipe doesnt quite reach the efi inlet.

chris, i cant quite remem without looking at the car, but yea i think it is, coz the linkage is on the top, plus i had to have the engineers add some weld onto the inlet so the 4 screws of the cossie throttle body could be put on. sorry if my info is a little vague there lol

or get the pipe from a efi xr3i. thats what i did wen it come to heater matrix pipes etc wen i needed em. as for the fuel pipe, a zetec jobby is what mine has

mike i would say ur breather is to high and will not breath right that hi it has to be level with the rocker cover do u not get water in ur rocker cover that hi? apart from that looks spot on

cheers alex for the comments . i duno mate to be honest as the car hasnt been run yet. its only just about to be finished. would u say i need to push it downwards then yea so the pipe goin to the rocker is pointing down towards the breather yea?

[/quote]is the sensor over the cam pully the phase sensor? what dizzy do you have to use,or is that why you have to have that sensor???

yes it is mate, and just behind the pulley is the trigger pick up wheel, bought off jano at oddkidd creations, for the sensor to read off of. the dizzy cap is a cosworth one modified to fit onto my distributor with a cossie rotor arm if i remem correctly

what dizzy is used then?? and were do you wire the phase sensor to? i just like to learn about it cheers

the engine bay loom on my car is now a saph cos 2wd one. and thats my original rs turbo dizzy but with a cossie cap on it

it sounds so easy i just rely dont wanna break up my 3i.....maybe i'll just drop a fezza turbo lump in that........wanna try an keep 3i on the raed not 2 many about anymore
