just heat wraped my mainfold :):):)
well started off with a 1" thick roll that i got from burton 9can probley get it any where mine u lol) ...took the turbo off with the manifold in one go as i was replacing the turbo with a cossie gybrid one anyway .....
then i did one pipe at a time making them really tight and securing them with jublie clips ....
no 2
number 3
number 4 all finished
now in the car and i replaced the studs (well 6 of them cos 2 wee bastards didnt wann come out and i didnt wann force them either lol ) all new nuts and new gasket ...also the turbo is t3 hybrid with .48 exhaust housing and a .63 compressing housing

been thinking about wrapping my manifold as i'm fitting a new turbo in a few weeks and i have a spare sitting in my garage was told by a well known tuner that it was more cosmetic at my level of tune and not worth doing just wondered what your spec was

well at the min my spec is this ...
mongoose exhaust
amead bayjoo chipped ecu
kent cvh 35 cam
kent pully
t3 tybrid cosworth turbo
proalloy front mounted intercooler
be running about 18 psi as soon as its set up mybe more
i did it cos the head under the bonnet is wild on a s rsturbo
whats your spec?

looks like uve done a good job there mate, although i hate the look of that heat wrap stuff, reminds me of snake skin and i hate snakes lol 
might be better if it come in black lol

didnt use as much as i thought i was gonna tbh i used about mybe just over half that roll ...its a bit of a pain in the ass but u gotta take ypur time and make sures its a tight as a drum lol
