Default Swapping to EFI

Changing my S2 over to EFI and was just wondering if it was better to use the EFI head or to just use an adapter plate?

I'm pretty sure the EFI head is meant to be ever so slightly better in terms of flows rates, but to be honest if they're both standard there won't be much in it.

An adapter plate will cost you about £75-80, an EFI head can be around £25 but then you have to buy a headgasket and bolts..........
