Default S1 rev problem

right here goes again.

my car will drive fine, but then after 5-10mins the revs will die, she will start again 1st time but the revs just drop immediatley and she conks out again.

I HAVE:

changed the rocker gasket
exhaust manifold gasket
changed all the boost pipes
air filter and checked the metering flap aint stuck.
undone the injecters (whch were fine)
undone the cold start valve

i went to the garge who said "probally isnt the inlet gasket"
he sprayed carb cleaner around the gaskets which he said "if there's a leak the revs would pick up"
but they didnt. Checked the pipes. And said i can hear a leak somewhere then said theres nothing they can do......so i drove home 1 mile....she died again.

What can i do?? what am i missing that would cause this?

my car only started this 3 weeks ago, its caused me to miss a r/r day and rs reginal day.......i need a rs mechanic (if there is any left)

ooooo......didnt think of that......crap.

i have 90% of the inlet out, cant get to the last bolt....the middle one thats
sits just on top of the oil filter.

if i cant get that bugger of then its gonna have to be towed in.

U should be able to get it, its fiddly tho.

U would better off identifying if the problem is fuel or ignition before u start trying to find faults randomly, if u get me?
