Took kit off to start prepping for paint, started at o/s rear and it came off no prob at all, pity the mood changed when i saw what was underneath



Still, thought I'd soldier on and off comes the side skirt:



Hmm not going all too well! I nearly didnt want to take the rest off, but fairly good news in that both wings, front panel and n/s rear arch are spotless and only a small hole in n/s sill (my fault):







Also stripped out inside to find that floor is very good, should think so too as it got floor pans about 5 years ago

Now just waiting for my welder to give me the all clear to drag it down

Thats the worst its gonna look, surface rust everywhere and knackered doors! Can't wait till she's all lookin fresh

i thought it was gonna be much worse than that they way you described it at the meet
n/s and front doesnt look bad at all tho
how come its red on the rear o/s quarter panel has it had a repair but sumones cut of an old panel of another car
