right to cut long story short i have no brake lights. Replaced bulbs, fuses, and the brake switch behind the pedal. Nothing. I then took a live feed from battery to the pedal switch and i get brake lights

so i guess it must be the realy in the fuse box???? Woul you all agree? If so could anyone please tell me which relay it is becaus ei honestly havnt got a clue

Alright mate, i can have a look on the wiring diagrams for you tomorrow. Usually things like that are in with interior lighing feeds etc, have you looked at all the fuses in fusebox yet?

If its a fuse you will have other things that don't work, there wont be a fuse just for the brake light wiring. More than likely tapped off one of the side light circuits.

I'll be able to tell you tomorrow

right i did a test wire from the live bat terminal direct to the brake light switch. It sent power to the lights and the work

I tested the fuse box and theres power there. I have therefor come to the conclusion that there has been a break in the circuit from the fuse box to the brake switch

what i have done temporarya s i nee to get it motd is run a piece of wire from the brake light pedal switch to the yellow ignition wire

it works
