are rs turbo heads really restrictive? are large valves and uprated head worth doin for the money or are the gains not that big, when i say high boost i mean about 25psi? im guessing this is as the fuel would have been increased so it would help if the air flow was to?

my head was flowed and big valves, made a small improvement came on full boost 400rpm earlier
