Urgent Advice Needed
I need to replace both bottom arms on my 89 ERST 
Does anyone have any idea how much they are and how hard they are to fit???

Mate we are currently doing a group buy of adjustable ones from MEF Motorsport, firstly these will never need replacing again because the inner bush is no longer there, it has a rose joint, and it will also stop your chronic tyre wear problems on the front as they allow adjustable camber.
£150 a pair, a little more than standard ones buit definately worth the money you save on tyres.

adjustables are worth it,but if u cant afford it u can get some for about £25 from most motor factors ie; Allwoods! i dont think they're much more from ford!
