Default Best shocks/suspension

I have a Mk1 Orion with an RST S2 engine running about 250bhp @ 13.7s 1/4 mile. I have a problem, since Orion's are longer than Escorts from the back it tends to get lowered from behind. I want to make the rear suspension stiffer. What do you suggest? Will a set of Koni adjustable shocks be enough or do I need to replace the whole suspension with an adjustable one, and with which one? Thanks

Yes i would say either KONI adjustables or SPAX these should be able to cope. I would say the most common is KONIs good luck

Been there, done that. I've been planning to machine a circular 1cm plate of nylon to fit between the rear chassis beam and the rubber spring holder. There is also a possibility of using two of the rubber holders. One on both ends of the spring on both sides.
