Default boost probs

hi all again
just done my convertion rst in my van and it all starts and runs fine but it only bossting half i think when iput my foot down it pull alittle and then backs off flat
it has actator
s/s
k&n
bleed valve
chip

it has a dump vlave which dumps fine but it also makes a flicking sound what is that and why is it doing that al;l starts and drivs fine but have also changed the meter unit will this effect any thing as it was set up at the rollers before it when in my van can anyone help???it anoying to dive???thanks
also when ireternd from the dive the exh man was glowing red hot

anyone got any ideas as i dont want to drive it unless i can get it running a bit better or will it be ok to take to the rollers on sat???

could be one of a few things. Your best taking it to the rollers as they should be able to twl you whats wrong with it. Sounds as tho the ecu is retrding the ignition like mad under boost. just a wild guess tho at that
