difference in black ecu´s and silver ecu´s ???????

silver ecu controls the engine /boost /sensors etc.....
black one controls the fuelling /sensors etc.....

Silver controls the ignition advance and boost.
Black controls the fuelling enrichments/enleanments.

Silver one controls the Ignition Advance, it's Fords ESC II module.
Black one controls fuel pressure - it's the KE Jetronic module.

my s2 is mfi i can use the silver ecu??

It should have both. One for fuel and one for ignition.
