IF YOU GET YOUR FRONT SPOILER PAINTED MAKE SURE & USE COLOURED PRIMER, IT DON'T SHOW UP CHIP'S AS BAD, LACQUER CAN ALSO CHIP ON CARBON SPOILER'S & THEY GO A WHITE DULL FINISH WITH AGE

I only asked about the spoiler as I want the lower splitter done (same as Cozzymatt) , and thought that the bigger spoiler would chip easier than the lower splitter as its a bigger target-this would give me an idea on timescales-Rsdene, I agree the stone deflector will be staying black

The Radman is right on. Mine left the place I bought it pure carbon fiber. WHen it got delivered it was painted. Apparently during shipping they broke it and repaired it..since its CF the only way to make it look ok was to paint it. The paint is holding up ok on it but you hit even the tiniest thing with it and the paint cracks. Looks like shit. Ill be replacing it with a new CF one soon enough...
