hi everyone just a quick question how do you work out 1 psi to hp if you work it out like that
well main question is my ecos is needing more boost it running L8 a1 rally chip t34 stage 3 hybrid bd14 inlet cam bd10 exh cam wrc head gaget full s/s exh group a fuel pump group a dis group a filter low comp manhal pistons fully lightend and balanced ap clutch 3 bar map air /air rs500 cooler samcos an running 24.5 psi just wanting know what power i should expected and iv been told to turn it up tp 34-35psi is this to much what are you lot running and what power should i expect from the car it only done 6k on rebulid any help pls thanks

 

what injectors are you using?

and do you know what compression ratio you have?

 

im on light blues comp is i think 7-1??????????????

 

roughly 5hp per 1psi raised if u can get it fuelled

you say you think its got a low CR, you really need to know for sure and get it live mapped or at least setup propery - literally, acouple of 100£ will save you £1000'; if u just wind it up and it goes pop

 

yes i have got low comp will it be better to run water injection and then get it set up??ie rolling road or live mapping???

 

u cant beat live mapping as rolling road is not real conditions really...
