Is it only me that thinks the cigarette lighter and ashtray look terrible on the dash? I have been trying to think of things I could put in their place. I knwo some poeple put their SECS monitor in the ashtray, but has anyone else done anything inventive? Would the cigaretter lighter part be easy to cut out of the centre console?

Are you sure you cant buy them, i bought the armrest console new from ford bout 6 months ago, and the centre console is listed on my microcat

Plenty of them on ebay tho

They go for stupid money tho.

I have an Autronic ECU though and an AIM digital dash which displays most things. Otherwise I would jump at it

hehe Is there any other gadgets I can throw in there? Was thinkign of turning the cigarette lighter bit into a push button - but think it would look tacky - and need something to operate off it! lol
