#1. Check the centre bore of the rear of the wheel. It needs to have a bore of 63.4mm to fit snug over the locating ring of the hub to ensure perfect fit. If it has 'removeable rings' (spigot rings) this is not a problem as you can buy 63.4mm rings. If the centre bore of the wheel is less than this i.e. 58.1, then they won't fit.
#2. The rims you have found sound like Peugeot fit, rather than Ford. This is not an issue.
#3. You'll need 225/35/19 tyres to ensure 0 rubbing, and correct RR.
#4. I'd run personally at around 20-15mm offset, so I'd use a small spacer, mainly for looks rather than needed to. You may need to try one to check inside rim to ensure no fouling, but feel free to buy them, as they will fit , even with a little effort.
