Default Anyone put different gauges in the banana pod?

I've seen Bills one with his secs monitor in it, but has anyone else put any other gauges in there. I'm thinking of trying to fit a couple of 52mm SPA ones in or maybe one of the Lambda sensors with the digi readout.

Has anyone got any pictures of anything different to standard?

Paul.

I am interested in this also. Not sure 52mm gauges will mit without some modifications though - think they may be a little too big

I fail to see what's about it at all

I suspect you think its a great Idea really but lack the skills to actually make one

Lorenzo gave it a go.. ok he still f*cked it up... but at least he tried!

Paul,
We're about to put three 52mm gauges in one for a customer - will show you how it looks when done. To fit, they have to be angled towards the driver, but will look cool when done (and you'll actually be able to see them at a glance ).

Too big IMO - I actually fancy mounting one of those tech-edge Digital afr readouts in there. I think Martin Hadland had done this but I'd like to mount just the display. I think you can buy it out of the case to mount in anything

Very Nice Did you modify the existing banana pod or did you create a new mould? How much would you charge for doing this? I am looking for two 52mm gauges in the banana pod.

Cheers

It was done using the customer's existing one.

3 x 52mm = £55
2 x 52mm = £45

Hi Mike, that is a very reasonable price. So you just need the banana part minus the standard three gauge part? When can I book mine in?

Yep, just remove the banana pod and gauges / plastic panel and send it over in post .

It would be nice if you could send the two 52mm gauges you want fitted as well, so that they can be nicely spaced, but not essential.
