Hello, there is someone that can briefly tell me if I must dismount the door panels to unscrew the inside of the mirrors to get off them? I've got a pair of small mirrors from ebay and I want to repaint them to match the colour of my car and yesterday I start to completely dismount them but at last I must take away the mirror and I don't know how to make and I don't want to break it. Someone can explain how can I do this? Thx in advance. Ciao

But to take off the mirror piece from the whole item without break it?

 

Push the actual mirror down, then carefully with a screw driver behind the glass from the top unclip it from the mount. If you look carefully enough you'll see three tabs behind the glass, prise from there! Think there's 3 tabs in total!!

Hello, I have try to find the three tabs but there aren't. The mirror seems to be attached in 2 sides and is hard to get off. Any other suggest?

 

A plastic ruler... the only way ( though they may wel still break)
