Has anyone fitted a Bailey one of these to their small turbo Escort Cossie? Referring to the part about drilling the hole out of the top of the rocker cover, how did you tackle it as the instructions just say to drill a 5/8 inch hole but looking into the place where the hole has to be there is a step in the alloy casting so to drill a clean hole straight through would be impossible!! Has anyone come across this problem and if so, how did you get round it??

 

off topic i know but can anyone tell me also where to fit the pipes and what bore pipes i need and lengths???? sorry but i have one and wanna get some braided hoses done......

also heard not worth having a breather on the rocker so whats the best options??
