Default good old rattles and squeeks

anyone else got them i had a few but sorted most of them silly ones like the rear 1/4 window squeeking and the boot catch squeeking, after a quick squirt of good old WD40 most of mine have gone

altho i have a rattle coming frm the bottom of the windscreen/dashtop probably something rubbing

just wondering how many of us have these lovely things

mine squeeked(drivers seat) until i realised the height had been adjusted slightly,i lowered the seat fully to the floor and the squeek went!! Maybe this might solve your squeeky drivers seat?

I took all of the interior out of mine when i painted it last month, put it all back in with new clips and screws and I am very pleased to say it is like driving a new car.. no rattles anywhere! I love it... most annoying was the tailgate creakin!!

to stop tailgate creaking you just need to adjust the stops just above the rear lights... there was a thread in this section on it a while back I posterd on about it

i think its my rear shelf that got a big pain in the arris of a rattle, does my bloody head it, sounds like the whole of the back end on the car about to come apart.... lol
bought new rubbers that pop in to the rear shelf and it cured it a tiny bit... but i am missing the rubbers that .... i think, stop it from banging on the window/boot, which may stop it from banging, but havent got around to actuall driving without the parcel in to see if it is actually that. bt pretty certain....

but to be fair, thats my only rattle, had a really bad boot lock rattle, but popped to fords, £20ish later, and alot of agg getting the new lock on and it sorted it...
