I ordered mine from one Finnish alloycooling repairing company. I just gave them measurements and they welded me exactly the cooler I wanted and it cost me about 200£. Only thing was that I had to make some measurements and I had to make the fittings myself, so it was not a bolt on cooler, but much cheaper than the other ones. I'm also going to fabricate an oil breather tank at them soon, I was told that is about 20£ from them.

How could you tell the difference mate, do you mean in terms of temps?
I asked Mark Shead if it was worth doing as I was looking for a few extra horses and he said not to bother

IMO no need to change if only running 24/25pound peak... though i tooo have a p/alloy item...

paul the gen item will need the outlet pipes modifying to fit your turbo/inl;et, or fit reducers... not worth it IMO

Paul Ripley, it wasnt as hard a problem as everyone seems to make out.

the inlet pipe has to be cut off and angled outwards to clear the alternator, and obviously get the relevant boost hoses made.

i was lucky tho, i managed to get mine of a guy on here who was selling it all and upgrading further.

just took a few hours of adjusting and making it all line up corectly with the pace radiator, turbo cooler and CO2 spray brackets/pipes across the front!
