Changing engine mounts
Is it a hard job to do??
Reading a previous post regarding a passenger CV boot popping off, and suddenly realised.............
My CV boot ppassenger side keeps popping off
So looks like i'll just stick some new mounts on ASAP.
Any hints / tips people
Cheers

undo mounts, lift engine as far as you can, drop crossmember slightly.. remové lá engine mounté
Franco,
Dave is right!! - I just changed my engine mounts the hard way.... Jacked up engine - no room to remove mounts - had my cross member on axel stands so tried to take off mounting arms
- the one on the left was piss easy
- but the one on the right was a right c*nt!
I ended up dropping all the oil and coolant, and removing the oil cooler to get the right mounting arm off...... supposed 2hour job took a week - beacuse I had to order neew seals / oil / filter / etc....
Never mind it needed an oil change!
Actually had some advice from Damo and Dave, but it was a bit late by then.
