Yes you have they hold a peice of U shaped steel about 6 inches in length to the crossmember

 

Can see one of them in this pic, (Excuse the messy waxoil )

In my 1st pic you can see a bolt on the right of the pic, there are 2 of these each side (you obviously cant see the other further in front of this.

on the 2nd pic poking out the chassis rails you can see what looks like sone inch square tubing, this is what the bolts hold, you dont need the fitting kit mate, you will alredy have it, though it may be worth beplacing the plastic clip things also shown on EBay.. these can be gotfrom ford I believe they are listed for a sierra

The plastic things go on the inside of the bumper into the piece of metal, shown in picture as "one" and the bolts go where "two" is shown in the picture.
