can anyone tell me what the sensor is for in the pasenger side end of a small turbo escort cosworth intercooler is it a charge temperature sdensor ? as i am in the prossessof fitting a large turbo intercooler/ chargecooler setup on it with the pace upgrade kit but the large turbo one does not have this sensor so i may have to have it modified to fit

 

Dunno mate im doing exactly the same let you know in a few days what i do with it, my chargecooler has a thread in the end for water injection i presume may put the sensor in there.

 

my intercooler just had a blank on the endso i have had this drilled and tapped and fitted the sensor in there the top mountings are differant and the boost pipes need shortening as the intercooler sits further back only problems i have come accross so far hoping to finish it tommorow night

 

my big turbo chargecooler had a sensor in there with a vacuu pipe coming off ??

 

the conversion is now finished i will post some pictures soon
