OK so where's the best place to jack an escort up form on the rear??

Need to get to the fuel tank to change the pump! Never had her up in the air except on garage ramps........

Cheers all!

yes sorry not very clear, remove bumper m8, you can get to filler neck pipework with wheels on mite pay 2 pressure wash out the rear arch first and a real good top tip when tanks out remove petrol cap(and pull off colour coded ring be carefull they can be quite brittle) and twist fuel filler neck and remove clean behind where it sits and waxoyl it m8.

Yup as above but if you do want to jack it still, use the big donut bush things in front of the rear wheels

Yep, or you can jack it under the rear diff. But rear beam mounts are great for that.

Wonder what is good place from the front. I jacked it under TCA mount to crossmember couple of times, but is there better? Front diff is bad idea I think...

I've got it, but you know tthere are errors in manualas sometimes. Somebody on PF told me that it's bad and one can crack sub-frame. But maybe I am wrong. I did jack it like that no problems though
