Default dash dial light problem :(

ok guys picked my car up today so i take it out tonight to find my uncle took it for a spin and now i have no speedo!!!! he either broke it or its come out the back...

then to p.i.s.s me off even more i turn the lights on to find out i have no dash dial lights but the stereo and other stuff works yet the horn doesn't either!!!!!

tried to check all the fuses and it seemed to me like none where gone so i just parked it up and came in after being utterly miffed off!!!!


anyone help i'm utterly miffed off!!!

well confused tho as they all worked b4 it went in for some work maybe they had the dials out and something not pluged back in????? could that be right???

just found out the bloke that came and did somw work had the dials out so there getting a phone call on monday!!!! to come and sort both hopefully as they were both fine before the work was done!!!!

have you checked that the dimmer switch has been plugged back in and turned up?

yes theres been something done on the back of the dials not my problem they#'ll have to come out and sort it

now fixed bar the speedo but resolved they are gonna post me a new cable, and i just have to fit it... they snapped it by the bulkhead accidently but still not my problem, just have to watch my speed for a while

guy unpluged the dimmer accidently but as i didnt do it not my problem i didn't wanna go routing through things when i didnt do it as they wouldn't have fixed it if i had fiddled

thing that confuses me it worked fine before???? then after they came out did some work it snapped after 5mins down the road really dunno who they managed it
