No problem mate, we are here to help.
Ref Rev counter - make absolutely sure there is nothing else on the line between pin 21 and the tacho itself. It cannot take any form of signal pull down from the driver to tacho as it runs much less voltage than the standard coil signal which is why it needs the mod to the back of the tacho.
Ideally, just run a fresh wire there and bypass the WS loom on this side as that removes all the old Ford wiring from the equation.
Also ensure the voltage to both ECU pin 20 and the tacho itself is above 13v. This is critical for correct operation.

Checking pin 20, would that be ground to pin 20 and ground to the tacho??
Appreciate all the help

The lugs are all there, the car did run ok before the conversion, it used to slightly hunt so changed all the sensors and inlet manifold gaskets etc, it did have group a coil and motorsport leads but they were already on it when I brought the car, rather than mess around buying new leads and coil just thought do it once properly and get the W/S as heard works so well.
I'm a man on a mission, got to keep the faith going, I will get this sorted

ok cheers stu i do appreciate the help, ive taken the loom ecu and sensors etc out of the car now, i cant see that im going to get anywhere with it in the car anymore as i seem to have tried everything, is it possible i can send the whole lot to msd to have it all checked atall?
for all i know it could be the engine loom im using thats at fault, but then the car did fire on 2 cylinders for a brief minute when i first tried to get it running about a month or 2 ago by just messing around turning the dizzy about but could have just been some sort of luck, i really dont know
would it be a good idea if i send down the the crank sensor, crank sensor bracket, crank pulley, dizzy, ignition amps, loom, coil pack, plugs and leads, and ill label up the wires ive got connecting into my cars interior loom just incase you find ive got them wrong?
sorry to sound a bit crazy but i dont know what other way ill solve this problem and getting my car from essex to blackpool on a car transporter is going to cost me an arm and a leg
cheers nick

Hello and sorry for the feedback of the post
so if I understand correctly by changing the two ignition amps it has run at the level of the tour account?
an ignition amplifier can work partially?
My turn count worked perfectly and suddenly he dropped
thank you for your answers
