Default Small turbo escos idle screw?

Hi guys, I have a small turbo escos that has been converted to big turbo and is still using the small turbo inlet and throttle body.

I have adjusted the flat head screw below my iscv to adjust my base idle and this has sorted my idle problems but now I'm getting heavy missing on boost and boost surging and feels very flat.

Sounds stupid but is the the right screw for this?

Trying to get this fucking idle problem sorted but by doing that another fault manifests.
