getting the buzz from your car
as above, i've owned & worked on so many cars sometimes i get a bit bored of things, i normally cycle to work but last night it was pissing down & i had a honda integra that needed some test drives, so i used it to get home, i went out in it a bit later & really enjoyed it, great car to drive
however the escos was in bits, every now & then if it left to idle for a while when you blippped the throtte it would give a puff of smoke, i sent the turbo to turbo technics for a check over & rebuild, got it back today (fantastic service as from TT as usual) so i decided to fit it this afternoon, it took a while as i kept getting disturbed but i quite enjoyed working on the car, had a nice drive home in it & have been out again tonight, the amount of time, money & aggro these cars can cause can be so worth it when you have good drive & appreciate them

We live in the same world my friend. I have only just finished a complete cylinder head overhaul, its taken nearly a month to complete the work due to my work patterns and time constraints with the head being away.
Was worried at first with the car not running, and a flat battery did hold the process up, but the following day, I started the car, let it idle for a time, then went for a good drive. Nothing overly spirited, but never the less I was grinning ear to ear because my pride and joy was back.
YAY!!!!

something a miss somewhere.maybe cam timing out or a sensor.i really dont know.its just not pulling as it should do.but im sure harv will find out why. figured its best to take it back to him.i did ring a couple of others to see what they said as harvey was too busy, but i wasnt happy with what i heard so stuck to harvey like i first thought
i'd rather leave it in the garage and not use it than use it and cause a problem
