Default Uprated diff Escos

Any of you tried the uprated original rear diff from gearboxman? Are they any good? Would it be worth it or do I go for the Quaife right off.

Im running an uprated Bara spec rear diff with uprated gears and pumped up v/c, have seen these used in cars around the 450/500 mark.

The gripper also seems very reasonable, any experiences with these?

Will wait and see what power the car makes then have aword with Marco/Bara and see if they think it will be ok, if not will fit the gripper.
M-ic sorry not used the gripper rear but have one of there front diffs fitted, i think Loyd runs a gripper 7" rear in his car.

It's worth swapping to the 2wd rear diff and shafts, 108mmCV's & 7.5" diff instead of the 4x4 100m cv's and 7" CWP diff. The Ratios are 3.64 2wd and 3.62 4x4, so it will work fine with the centre VC. Don't have to swap the rear beam either, just take a grinder to the 7.5" casing and shave a bit off, or just swap to a 2wd beam like I have. Lots more strenth fairly cheap , then whatever upgrades to the 2wd item you like
