cooling fan
not sure if my t34 escos fan is running at full power .
are they a 2 stage system ? (no air con) has any one got a wiring diagram please .
they come on stage 1 but i havent heard them going flat out .
i notice the termo switch has 4 wires so i am thinking there is a fault on stage 2 ?

They are 2 stage fans.... What I would do is bridge the terminal at the plug to see if they come on. Bridge 2 big terminals then bridge the 2 small terminals.
Obviously if you get two fan speeds when you bridge then its a problem with the fan switch.

i had a problem with mine, the pins on the rad switch had corroded off in the multiplug leaving me with no HI speed fans, i swapped the switch for a 2wd one and grafted some tails onto the 2 connections , then common up the 2 black and the 2 black/brown wires which makes the fans come on at high speed at the lower setting of the 2wd swicth, when running more boost it helpskeep the under bonet temps down a bit
