I remember picking it up from the isle of wight and i was heading for the ferry and i floored it ( seeing as this was my first RS, a stage 3 esc cos at that ). I had the biggest fucking SMILE on my face it was untrue. I was grinning like a chesire cat, so to answer your question........

One of the bext days in my life picking up me Esc Cos... Sad I know lol
I drove up to Jason's house with my brother in his birds Audi TT (Had Playboy number plates, pink fluffy dice and was convertable ). Jason got it out his garage and parked it on the road (I didn't wanna wear out clutch or stall it up the hilly drive way). The deal was done and I got into the Ecort for the first time. I was well excited and couldn't wait to get home. Found the nearest petrol station and filled her to the brim...
Hit the M1 with brother behind looking camp in his girls car Gave it a bit of throttle and fooking loved how solid the car felt, how positive the power delivery was, the sound of the straight cut box, etc, etc....
Then we hit the M25 and I run into a Scooby thinking he was quick. We had a little play, but I backed off as everytime I caught him up he stamped his brakes on I was too cocky in the Cos, so calmed down! Got the car home, covered 3000miles in a month as I was driving EVERY day around and around and I couldn't get enough! Blew the straight cut box up and the time off road began
Now me Esc Cos is sitting in me garage till I restore the underneath and get the car painted, etc

After wanting a escos for 10 years i found one at jct 28 i live in essex so my dad drove up to derby i was like a kid in a sweet shop could not wait to get my hands on it.
When i got there there was 2 other escos with there new owners picking there cars up so we was looking at each other (cars) and having a chat
First time was wicked drove to the petrol garage to fill her up and the looks you get from other people is wicked droove all the way home with a massave smile on my face i think its amazing the amount of cars that let you go even through they have the right away just to have a look at the car

Certainly a day ill NEVER forget! I had to wait 2 weeks before picking mine up as the owner wouldnt let me take it if it was raining as he wanted to take some last pictures of it before i took it. Thats was a LONG 2 weeks!
I remember the day i picked it up, i sneaked off early for dinner at work, got the money and went to pick it up with my brother. The drive home was amazing, not because of the performance, as i didnt even drive it hard/fast, but looking through the rear view mirror and seeing that spoiler and looking up over the bonnet seeing the vents was an undescribeable feeling! Especially after wanting one since i was a kid.
I spent about 2 hours just driving around slowly watching people admire it everywhere i went. We was just driving round and round, and this is when i was supposed to be working, unbeknown to them. I was certainly prepared to take a warning for it if they'd noticed i was gone. I had to bribe a mate at work to cover for me if anyone asked where i was, and had to promise to take him out in it that weekend.
I said id always own one at some point, and now ive finally got one!
To be honest i dont even use mine all that much, but knowing that its sat there, ready and waiting wrapped up in the garage, so i can take it out on a sunny day is awesome and such a good feeling.
