AIRFLOW METER SMALL TURBO????
can you put an airflow meter on from another ford noing the part numbers are slightly different???

If the MAF does not have the same characteristics (voltage output per air mass flow) as the one fitted then your fuel and spark calculations will be wrong.
I doubt whether another Escort model's MAF will be anywhere near the same as the ST Escort.

correct, i've seen a 1.8 zetec fitted with the wrong airflow meter, it didn't bring it up as a fault code but caused lots of problems.
