ive got a few pics of my rebuild

the underside was sand blasted repaired etch primed brush sealed under sealed with 3m bagsealer ( Ł350 worth ) then painted
everthing on the underside is ether new reconed painted or powder coated

Why is that exhaust heat wrapped?
Is there any benefit on doing that?

the heat wrap is to help keep the heat from the turbo and down pipe away from the engine bay
