Mr Ford, id guess that it will fit, but with the hole being slightly smaller it may not be the best thing to do, you may be better off fitting the 4x4 manifold along with the 4x4 T3 turbo!

I am the MSD guineapig , and I was advised by Stu to use the earlier 4x4 manifold, as the small turbo one could prove restricive. You could port it out, but for the few quid a normal one costs you might as well just buy one. Turbo will fit, but you may cause a restriction by using the ST manifold

Hi Mate,
I haven't been intouch with him yet, just trying to get the bits together that are needed. Have you heard anything about when Stu thinks it will be available. Will it be DIY ?? Thanks for the heads up on the Water pipes.

Loving the spec of yours since the head gasket went, always a good reason to come back bigger & better. I'm trying to convince myself that 350 will be enough.

Basically as soon as my car is ready to go back to be mapped ...

Bits you need will be:

T34.48, a -31 garrett actuator, and water pipes etc
4x4 saff/ big turbo exhaust manifold
Uprated fuel pump- I'm using a Bosch 023 intank pump, 500bhp+flow.
Decent spark plugs
A recirculating dump valve, with the airbox to turbo inlet hose running D/v facility, and throttle body to intercooler hose with D/V take off, and the x-pipe. You NEED this to stop the airflow meter getting confused, as the original T25 has the recirc valve built into it.
A set of Injectors from MSD, and the software module.

Think thats about it, when Stu did the original map on the T34.48 it was making 25psi at 2500RPM ...on a very tired engine, and it pulled beautifully

Not sure on price yet, but it won't be anywhre near converting (retro grading ) to the orignal big turbo spec , remember your EEC IV equipped cossie already runs closed loop fuelling, coil packs and has adaptive fueling

I will keep you updated
