Default Removing Scratches in the Laquer ??

The escos was outside a while back for a couple of weeks, it had a sheet
over it, but it was blowinig around a bit.

I started to polish a panel last night, but it looks like its scratched the
laquer a bit to much to polish with t-cut.

Anyone know what i can use to get these out ??

Ta..

I have been told to use G3 and a Car Mop.

but i presume you then need to use polish to get it back up to shine ??

If you have never used a buffer and you wanna start now, i would
not practice on your cozzie first, i see professionals masking allsorts
off to get it right without taking paint of edges and corners
and if you do a half arsed job you can see swirly lines allover the place.
i have got good results with G3 by hand with a clean damp cloth
then used a good quality professional polish to seal it all

I agree with Cozzfather.. I have seen a mop strip a panel of paint better than a belt sander.. then again the bloke did use a dry mop head.

Look for a company in your area that does Wetsanding.

It is a form of paint correction and for something a scratch in the laquer will be a doddle.

the company ive used down here, charge £75 a panel if its bad, or suit price to work depending how much is needed.
